Well :) , thinking and keeping in mind the victims of inhuman rape rescued in recent past, these are exactly what come the factors(explained) in mind following which comes the necessity to rediscover humility in an Indian man and his respect for a woman's gifted asset:
Human is either straight or bisexual or homosexual. It's been a universal truth that a sex will attract the opposite sex in terms of it's brutish affinity. Considering only the psychological part of this attraction, it's not to be forgotten that the individual capital will always possess in the male in the society to bring in minimum plastic love when he sees a gal in a very skimpy nightdress counting stars canting over the balcony and grinning...
It started from Ruben's paintings of women's physique which brought about an increased appeal and affinity among all male human, instigated in them a luring fact, made them aware how much tempting and prized a female body is and how much welcome it is for every woman. Right from the gardens of Eden when adam came to possess mental capacities, men are supposed to be either beguiled or inveigled at the sight of a woman. But its the modesty of man to keep that carnal desire in matured limits and not to sexploit them.
Given these facts, I would like to highlight a fact which goes unnoticed for most sophisticated young females in our society: the parameters encasing the sexual drive rather the impropriety in a normal male are a very normal uncontrolled fetish behind their sex appeal (which is obviously mostly uncompromising for most straight males), misogyny in a limited section of male population, and yet, an anger or frustration of betrayal by his counterpart female, mostly his ex.
The latter two has nothing to be done by the females. A part of the former can be dealt with certainly, from alluring the male off wrong intensions is by being a little becoming while they edit their physical appearance in public. Now the physical appearance comprises of what they possess naturally and what they dress it with; and it deals with both their display of skin and display of array. Attires are to be selected on base of mere preferrence and choice, but the exact factor which can be regulated is a dash of concern for how much skin they have exposed knowingly or unknowingly 'in public'.
All you Brigitte Bardot-s out there: you know there lie some bestial monkeys in our society who ogles at the female body irrespective of their dress but just to get a glimpse of their skin; if exposing of skin is not 'life-saving' then it is hundred percent advisable not to do it!... because alongwith being provocative, it also adds to unscrupulous westernising and thereby affecting the sobriety of Indian culture.
As of now, the cases of heinous rapes have occurred in remote villages and also in metros, but to utter misfortune, only a few percent of such cases have been brought to limelight. Rest of them get suppressed due to power in politics, or lack of moral ethics by the witnesses. The boorish senses of a male villager can just not be supplemented with literacy but should be brought about to halt with proper legal actions at the Gram Panchayat levels. As for household missies in the metros and their outskirts, its an earnest request to them to cease pomps of much skin in public as those rapacious hooligans are not edified enough to understand the beauty you are trying to present us with, but end up with their wanton acts... though its swings and roundabouts, you can still flaunt your figure with least lewd skin exhibition n none is even saying you to put on sarees to avert it... ... !!!
